Countdown-widget




The countdown widget is a good widget used for setting up reminders for certain events. The widget asks for the title of the reminder or event and the date and time of the event. On giving these details, it will show a ticker which runs on until the specified time.
There is also a provision for loading an image that is related to the event. Having the countdown widget on your desktop will constantly remind you of the event. The widget can be customized by changing the background color and the alpha values. The size and shape of the widget can also be changed.
